One of a set of six 17th Century Style Slat Back Dining Chairs, made from kiln dried character grade oak. The seat is inset within the frame, lending itself to the addition of loose cushions, for additional comfort. Our client wanted chairs of a lighter appearance, so we designed and made the components with slightly reduced cross sectional sizes - just one of the many benefits of custom making.
