Oak Floor from reclaimed old oak boards.....and they are getting increasingly rarer and harder to find!! Like Mark Twain said about land: 'they're not making it any more'! When we do locate suitable boards they need careful sorting to both look right and fit; and we re-work the edges into lap joints in the traditional manner. To maintain authenticity we use old fashioned nails for fixing.
